Shipping Policy
Noor l’essentiel ships all orders via GLS Group.
The shipping cost is €10, regardless of the number of items purchased. This rate includes deliveries to both the mainland and islands.
Shipping is free for all orders over €100.
Delivery Times

National shipping: estimated within 48 to 72 working hours
For standard home delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also track your shipment directly on the GLS website by entering the “tracking number” or “reference code” provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 28 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To proceed with a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within 28 days from the delivery date.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Any security thread, tag, or label must remain intact and unbroken.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (e.g. dust bags, hangers, garment covers).

Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original, unaltered boxes — these are considered part of the product and must not be used as external packaging.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, etc.) must be tried on over personal underwear. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Items must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be refused and returned to the sender. If accepted at Ambrosio’s sole discretion, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Excluded from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:

Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable to be returned for hygiene or health reasons (per Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Items that are perishable or have imminent expiration dates.

Specific items in the Underwear category (when clearly stated on the product page).
For such items, Ambrosiocontemporary.com clearly indicates exclusions in the product details. However, Ambrosio reserves the right to accept returns for excluded items in special cases, at its sole discretion.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or there is a shipping error, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Ambrosio may request photographic evidence of the product to evaluate the defect and approve the return. In these cases, Ambrosio will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
To request return authorization:

Go to your customer area and log in using your account or email address and order number.

Select the order and items to return.

Choose whether you prefer a refund or exchange (e.g., size or color).

Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), shipping label, and instructions.
Return shipping is FREE when using the courier provided by Ambrosio.
If you choose a different courier, all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Any returns shipped with an unauthorized courier, or which require pick-up at the courier’s location, will be refused if they involve additional costs for Ambrosio.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the delivery date.
Types of Returns
Refund
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected by Ambrosio.

For credit card payments, refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

For Stripe or PayPal orders, refunds will be issued directly to the original account.

Refunds will be made in the same currency used for the original purchase.
Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

All our pieces are proudly handcrafted in Italy, using carefully selected fabrics and ethical production methods.
2. Do you offer made-to-measure or bespoke services?
Yes. Noor l’essentiel offers a Made to Measure service that can be booked online.
You can choose between an in-studio appointment or a private fitting at home, where one of our consultants will guide you through fabric selection, measurements, and design options.
3. How long does it take to receive a custom piece?
Made-to-measure pieces are generally delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and availability of fabrics. You will receive updates throughout the process.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Noor l’essentiel ships worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

As a general rule, we recommend hand washing or delicate cycle, and avoiding tumble drying to preserve the garment’s integrity.
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. You can select gift packaging at checkout.
Our packaging is sustainable, minimal, and designed to reflect the elegance of Noor l’essentiel.
